All sales are final. No refunds. No returns. No exchanges.

Why

Our products are digital and intellectual — once an ebook, recording, framework, or program module is delivered, it cannot be "returned." Consultations and coaching reserve a finite block of Carlos Callahan's time that cannot be resold once booked.

What This Covers

• Ebooks and digital downloads (Business Credit Exposed, BCRE, BCE Vol 1, and any future titles).
• The Business Builder Program and any mentorship, course, or curriculum purchase.
• 1-on-1 consultations and credit consultations (paid or scheduled).
• Event tickets, retreats, and group program seats.
• Any add-on, upgrade, or affiliate product purchased through this site.

Chargebacks

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer or PayPal. Filing a chargeback is a breach of these terms, will result in immediate termination of access to all purchased materials and programs, and may be referred for collection.

Failed Downloads or Technical Issues

If your download link is broken, expired, or you did not receive your order email, contact info@bulletproofcredit.com within 7 days of purchase and we will re-issue your download. Technical issues are not grounds for a refund — we will make the product available to you.

Scheduling Consultations

Paid consultations may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows and late cancellations forfeit the session and are not refundable.
